About the Position

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a major multifamily project in Beaufort, South Carolina . This is a 5-year project , offering exceptional continuity and long-term visibility for a construction professional looking to anchor themselves in the Lowcountry.

Upon completion, the Project Manager will continue supporting projects located between Beaufort and Charleston , providing sustained employment without the uncertainty of short-term assignments or extensive travel.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all administrative and financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, contract administration, and closeout, while partnering closely with the Superintendent and ownership team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on multifamily or commercial construction projects
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor contracts on large projects
• Strong understanding of cost control, change management, and project reporting
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
