What You’ll Do:
• Deliver expert, compassionate emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Level II trauma center
• Respond quickly and effectively to changing clinical situations
• Utilize advanced technologies and evidence-based practices
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes precisely
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
• Active RN license
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications a plus
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Adaptable to new clinical workflows and environments
