**What You Will Do**
- JOB SUMMARY
Imperial is advancing its manufacturing and operations capabilities through digital transformation, process optimization, and system modernization. The Senior Analyst - Systems & Services Plays a critical role in supporting core business processes across production planning, plant maintenance, quality assurance, product lifecycle management, and industrial automation.
Reporting to the Manager, IT Business Partner for Supply Chain, this role ensures that IT solutions are designed, deployed, and maintained to support business-critical processes. The senior analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, manage system lifecycles, and drive continuous improvement.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Analyze and translate business requirements into system designs that support manufacturing and operational processes.
· Support and enhance processes such as:
o Production Planning & Scheduling (e.g., MRP, BOM management, shop floor control)
o Plant Maintenance (e.g., preventive and corrective maintenance planning)
o Quality Assurance (e.g., calibration management, lab data capture, operator quality portals)
o Product Lifecycle Management (e.g., specification management, change control)
o Industrial Automation & IoT (e.g., data acquisition, SCADA integration, equipment tracking)
o Document & Compliance Management (e.g., quality documentation, EHS reporting, asset libraries)
o Workforce & Inventory Management (e.g., time tracking, warehouse control)
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational goals and compliance requirements.
· Provide maintenance and support for systems enabling these processes, including SAP modules (PP, PM), MES platforms, PLM tools, and integration layers.
· Ensure adherence to IT security policies, and Imperial Brands standards.
· Coordinate with internal cross-functional and external stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Distribution, as well as with IT Project Management, IT Operations, and IT Service Delivery teams.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with more than 8 years of IT experience.
· Experience supporting manufacturing, quality, and maintenance processes in CPG (Consumer Packed Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environments.
· Familiarity with SAP, MES, PLM, and industrial automation platforms.
· ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
· Must be 21 years of age or older.
Knowledge of:
· SAP ECC or S/4HANA Production Planning and Shop Floor Control
· MES and PLM platforms
· Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
· Cloud and integration platforms (SAP MII, BTP, MuleSoft, Azure)
· Project and service management tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, Planner)
Skilled in:

· Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination
· Time and task management
· Reporting and governance oversight
· Problem-solving and critical thinking
Ability to:
· Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders

**Work Environment and Physical Demand**
· This is a hybrid role, the candidate must be in North Carolina area and be available at the Greensboro manufacturing facility when needed.
· Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves moderate to heavy weight objects (10-50 lbs.).
· Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
· Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.
