**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at the location, including staff and visitors, as necessary.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
+ Remain alert to potential hazards or unusual situations while on patrol and report them promptly.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
