Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents within the licensed scope of an LPN in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects, documenting administration accurately.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, respond to changes, and report findings to the charge nurse.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living to support comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the charting system and ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license or a valid compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1+ year of geriatric LPN experience
- Local candidates only
- Ability to work the 3:00 pm–11:00 pm shift in a long-term care setting
