Senior Estimator
Lithko Contracting is seeking a Healthcare Senior Estimator to join our Southeast region! This role will lead or strongly assist in the business development efforts in the Healthcare sector for the southeastern United States. This position will support and own all aspects of estimating, take-offs, pricing, and bidding for the Healthcare vertical. This is a highly visible and pivotal role that will work hand-in-glove with area executives and operational leadership for the successful acquisition and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate Setup: Establish estimates with appropriate alternates, general conditions, vendor and subcontractor pricing, labor production, and wage rates in alignment with the bid strategy.
- Conceptual Estimating: Develop conceptual estimates from limited information, ensuring the inclusion of accurate alternates, general conditions, and pricing.
- Detailed Take-Offs: Perform detailed take-offs by identifying and quantifying all concrete scope items.
- Proposal Preparation: Create comprehensive customer proposals that include precise scope, terms, conditions, and a detailed breakdown of bid pricing.
- Project Information Management: Deliver accurate project information to the team during turnover and planning phases to ensure seamless project execution.
- Team Support: Guide estimators and project coordinators in task assignments, proper use of processes, and tools, validating the accuracy and completeness of estimates produced by the team.
- Operations Coordination: Ensure that the operations team receives correct and detailed information necessary for effective project execution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural concrete estimating for large-scale self-perform General Contractors or concrete contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with a variety of project types, with a particular focus on commercial and industrial projects valued over $1 million.
- Solid understanding of construction principles, as well as experience with both negotiated and hard bid processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
