Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing production equipment in a high-speed environment. Experience with bottling, canning, capping, or filler equipment is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain high-speed production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with conveyors, motors, and gears.
- Diagnose and fix electrical issues with sensors, proximity switches, and relays.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
- Utilize welding and fabrication skills, particularly TIG and Stick welding on stainless steel.
- Mechanical experience with conveyor systems.
- Electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with AC electrical controls.
- Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in automotive, industrial, or aircraft maintenance.
- Familiarity with gears, bearings, and motors.
- Background in highly automated environments with conveyors, cappers, fillers, and labelers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
