Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing production equipment in a high-speed environment. Experience with bottling, canning, capping, or filler equipment is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain high-speed production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with conveyors, motors, and gears.
• Diagnose and fix electrical issues with sensors, proximity switches, and relays.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
• Utilize welding and fabrication skills, particularly TIG and Stick welding on stainless steel.

• Mechanical experience with conveyor systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with AC electrical controls.
• Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Experience in automotive, industrial, or aircraft maintenance.
• Familiarity with gears, bearings, and motors.
• Background in highly automated environments with conveyors, cappers, fillers, and labelers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
