**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or property damage to Allied Universal management and/or on-site contacts as required.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying identification as necessary.
+ Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols for fire alarms, medical emergencies, and other incidents.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
+ Collaborate with property management and/or Allied Universal supervisors to address client needs and uphold site-specific expectations.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 1 year of security-related experience required.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
