We currently serve child/adolescent, families/parents and individuals struggling with various mental health disorders. We pride ourselves on being an accepting place for all people. We are looking for a part time or full time clinician to work in our Cary office and virtually

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, families or couples
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with the team as needed for referrals and consultations.
• Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients and/or families
• Diagnose client mental and emotional disorders
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situation
• Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance
• Create a non-judgmental space for all people

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in North Carolina (LCSW (A), LMFT (A), LMCH (A), PsychD or equivalent).
• Experience in providing individual therapy (preference towards experience with children/teens)
• Preferred training in one of the following: EMDR, Brain Spotting, IFS, or Gottman (or willingness to be trained)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and license requirements within the field

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
