Tribute seeks a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property Willow Glen located in Wilmington NC . Tribute Companies is dedicated tocustomer serviceandelevating the communitieswe serve. • Oversee daily operations : Maintenance preventative maintenance and general upkeep of the property.
• Handle general repairs : Ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants : Create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
• Conduct preventive maintenance : Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Knowledge : 1 years of experience in general maintenance with a basic understanding of HVAC electrical and plumbing.
• Hands-On : Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools can lift heavy objects and climb ladders with ease.
• Certified : HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.
• Schedule : On-call duty rotation required.
• Trustworthy : Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $20 to $24 per hour . The base compensation rate will vary based on education experience skills and geographic location as applicable.
