Facility: Sylva Valley Health & Rehab (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a
Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to help strengthen our in-house team and provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting. We are looking for dependable nurses who value teamwork, strong clinical care, and a stable work environment.
This is a great opportunity for an RN who wants 12-hour shifts, consistent scheduling, and a supportive leadership team .

- 12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a
- Weekend Baylor available (ask for details during interview)
- Shift differentials for nights/weekends (where applicable)

- Structured orientation and training
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Complete assessments and monitor for changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Communicate with providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team as needed
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff as appropriate
- Ensure clear, timely documentation
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork
- Dependable attendance and professional attitude
