We are currently partnering with a client to identify an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting a broad range of human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Partner with leadership on performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and attention to detail
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
- Experience supporting multiple departments or locations
