Job Description

Fine & Dandy Cleaning Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. We provide residential cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, and occasional commercial cleaning services throughout the Charlotte metro area.

This position is ideal for experienced cleaners who enjoy working independently and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a smartphone with internet access
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check if requested
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties

Required Equipment & Supplies

Cleaners must provide their own:

• Vacuum cleaner
• Mop and bucket
• Broom and dustpan
• Microfiber cloths
• Duster
• Glass cleaner
• Multi-purpose cleaner
• Bathroom cleaner/disinfectant
• Degreaser
• Floor cleaner
• Scrub brushes
• Sponges
• Trash bags
• Gloves
• Any additional supplies needed to perform professional cleaning services

Responsibilities

• Dusting all surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Sanitizing high-touch areas
• Emptying trash
• Cleaning baseboards as needed
• Interior appliance cleaning when requested
• Following company cleaning checklists
• Reporting damages or concerns immediately
• Maintaining professional communication with clients and management

Probationary Period

All new cleaners are subject to a 30-day probationary period. During this time, performance, reliability, quality of work, punctuality, and professionalism will be evaluated. Continued opportunities will be based on successful completion of the probationary period.
