Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Perform detailed ultrasound cardiac imaging in a well-equipped medical center serving both outpatient and inpatient populations. This contract position offers a stable weekday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekend, on-call, or major holiday work required. The role supports a collaborative team environment focused on excellent patient care and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), nuclear medicine ECHO, bubble studies, and pharmacologic stress testing accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, clinical medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
• Utilize EMR systems such as EPIC and imaging technology including Phillips equipment to document and review patient studies.
• Maintain compliance with department policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Participate in departmental orientation and ongoing training to stay current on procedures and technology.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year experience as a cardiac sonographer, with proficiency in all listed imaging studies.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARDMS certification as RDCS required.
• Comfortable working in a relaxed, team-oriented department.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new facility with provided orientation and support.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• No weekends, on-call, or major holiday shifts
