- Organize, coordinate, and monitor administrative operations of the IPS team
- Maintain accurate client and program records in accordance with agency and Medicaid requirements
- Enter, track, and monitor team performance and beneficiary outcome data
- Run reports and assist with data review to support program performance
- Receive calls and respond to referral sources in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with organizational record keeping and file management
- Schedule team activities, meetings, and required trainings
- High school diploma required, associate or bachelor degree preferred
- Experience in administrative support, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, electronic health records, and data systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Meaningful work supporting individuals in achieving employment and recovery goals
- Supportive team environment grounded in evidence based practice
