As a participant in the Runway to Readiness program, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, learning to:
• Operate and maintain machines with precision and care.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure seamless production processes.
• Interpret technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with mentors and teammates to foster a supportive learning environment. What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the world of manufacturing. To qualify, you'll need:
- At least 1 or more years of CNC or manual machinist experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Basic math and problem solving skills
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper ergonomic procedures.
While not required, the following characteristics will set you apart:
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manual machining tools.
• Exposure to band saws, drill presses, and hand tools.
• Vo-tech training or coursework in machining, welding, auto mechanics, or electrical work.
• Autonomous problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
