Job summary
We are looking for a creative and content-driven product manager or marketer who has domain expertise in enterprise applications and agentic AI. You will have the opportunity to shape the narrative of AI in Oracle Fusion Applications. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into their impact on business outcomes.
Who we are
We are a small, collaborative, and hands-on team in product development that focuses on outbound communications and content at the suite level. This includes product messaging and positioning, collateral, executive presentations, and keynotes for global events.
Responsibilities
What you'll do

Articulate why AI built into enterprise applications delivers differentiated value versus bolted-on AI solutions

Reframe technical concepts and product capabilities in the context of customer value

Create high-impact marketing content that engages customers and positively influences market perception

Equip Sales with pitch decks and other tools to help them clearly explain product value

Work closely with product management to understand strategy and roadmap priorities and marketing teams to drive execution
What you'll bring

Master's degree in business, computer science, or related field
-
10+ years of marketing, product strategy, or product management experience with a strong focus on enterprise technology

Strong work ethic and hands-on approach to execution

Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across teams

Strong skills in product messaging and positioning

Exceptional written skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable and compelling business value

5+ years of experience working with executive stakeholders

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
