In this role, you’ll help create a fast, friendly, and accurate experience for every guest during busy daytime hours. Responsibilities:

• Take and process drive-thru orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Prepare drinks, shakes, and bag orders for guests.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during lunch and daytime rushes.
• Keep the drive-thru area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow all food safety and company procedures.
• Work closely with BOH and FOH team members to ensure smooth operations.
