As Regional Director, you'll oversee operations across 8–10 locations, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation, service excellence, and community engagement within the senior living healthcare space. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations across multiple units, ensuring financial success and staff engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and leadership.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve services and foster innovation.
- Set and achieve financial goals while balancing community expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Act as a visible, hands-on leader within the community to build trust and engagement.
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in the senior living or healthcare sectors.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make sound business decisions.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations.
