  • Build a culture of high performance, accountability, integrity, and compliance.
  • Lead and execute regional business plans to achieve sales and performance objectives for the HS portfolio.
  • Translate national strategy into clear priorities, effective call execution, strong account planning, and local market action plans.
  • Provide consistent field coaching through ride-alongs/joint calls, observation, and skill-building.
  • Identify, develop, and retain top talent and future leaders.

Sales Strategy & Launch Execution

  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to execute regional launch strategies for a new HS therapy.
  • Deliver against aggressive launch and growth targets from pre-launch through maturity.
  • Analyze regional performance data to identify opportunities, optimize resources, and drive results.

Market Access, Pull-Through & Fulfillment

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of payer, reimbursement, and access dynamics, including formularies, step edits, and prior authorizations.
  • Lead teams in navigating complex access and fulfillment processes in partnership with internal Market & Patient Access matrix partners.
  • Support customer offices to overcome access barriers, understand benefits verification, prior authorization, bridge programs, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy distribution.
  • Provide field insights and escalate recurring access/fulfillment barriers through established channels to improve the patient experience compliantly.
  • Experience with HUB services and patient support programs required.

Key Account Customer Engagement & Market Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dermatology stakeholders and opinion leaders.
  • Implement institutional and local market strategies to drive launch adoption.
  • Ensure delivery of compelling, compliant, and data-driven clinical and value messages across diverse customer audiences.
  • Coach the team to build strong relationships with HS-treating customers and key accounts (e.g., high-volume dermatology practices, “super-groups,” and institutional systems where applicable).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Provide actionable field insights to inform strategy, messaging, local market action planning, and tactical refinement.

Compliance & Integrity

  • Model ethical leadership and reinforce compliance expectations across the team.

Continuous Learning & Adaptation

  • Stay current on evolving HS science, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Foster learning agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Thrive in high-pressure, ambiguous launch environments.
  • Demonstrate persistence in overcoming access & prescribing barriers.
