Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $65.13 - $68.13 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Own and define the end-to-end documentation strategy for assigned product areas
• Create and maintain user guides, process documentation (Job Aids), FAQs, and knowledge base content
• Manage and maintain Confluence and SharePoint documentation repositories
• Ensure documentation is accurate, scalable, and aligned with product updates
