Role Description – Senior Product Analyst (CRM)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to support a CRM-focused product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional partners to optimize CRM workflows and deliver high‑impact product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements for CRM processes.
• Create clear, concise user stories that accurately communicate business needs to engineering and QA teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinement sessions, and daily stand-ups.
• Support testing and QA activities to ensure features meet acceptance criteria and function as intended.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to initiatives related to customer preference management and integrations with upstream or downstream systems.

Additional Qualifications

1. Hands-on experience building and managing workflows within Salesforce CRM, including designing processes that align with CRM capabilities.
2. Familiarity with core CRM concepts and objects such as opportunities, leads, person accounts, and customer records.
3. Ability to craft detailed user stories tailored to Salesforce functionality and business needs.
4. Experience collaborating with QA teams to validate Salesforce workflows and features against business requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, NC.

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $45.67/hr.
