Office Administrator (Construction Site)

NKT is looking for an Office Administrator (Construction site) who will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to a large construction project and ensure the seamless execution of project activities. This role encompasses office management, vendor relations, document management, and project support.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Organize and maintain project files, documents, and records.
• Ensure all documentation is current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support safety initiatives and maintain safety documentation.
• Act as a liaison between site personnel and project management teams.
• Facilitate communication among company stakeholders, internal and external customers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and project briefings.
• Manage and address issues related to the fleet of leased vehicles utilized by our project personnel.
• Assist in onboarding new project staff and subcontractors.
• Manage site office supplies and equipment inventory.
• Arrange travel logistics for project personnel.
• Prepare and track budgets, expenses, and invoices.

Education and/or Experience :

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management Certification, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in construction or project management.
