Sr. Commercial Manager (Construction)
Lead the recruitment and establishment of construction channel sales partners.
Use your experience to design and grow sales channels, setting ambitious goals for expansion.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to define and launch new products based on market demand.
Develop and maintain data templates for dealers, updating them periodically.
Work alongside the National Sales Manager to identify market opportunities, create pricing strategies, and ensure competitiveness in the industry.
Formulate strategies to increase market share and build out the construction product line.
Assess the current product development pipeline and identify opportunities to drive sales and growth.
Represent the brand at local and national trade shows, showcasing products and enhancing brand visibility.
Support KIOTI University by creating training materials for dealers and sales teams.
Deliver engaging product presentations at trade shows and corporate events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and clients, while also participating in contract development and negotiations.
Prepare regular reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in the tractor, ground care, compact construction, or OPE industry.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP tools is a plus.
Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze data, present results in an actionable format, and collaborate across departments.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Additional: Market research experience, project management skills, and problem-solving abilities are highly valued.
