What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will: - Leads and manages material purchases for assigned suppliers
- Works directly with procurement and suppliers to place orders, mitigate material balance risk factors, address supplier issues and material constraints.
- Oversees and issues blanket purchase orders for applicable materials.
- Reviews On Time Delivery reports, Open Order reports, and other applicable reports and communicates issues to suppliers as needed.
- Works with SAP Solutions Team to ensure SAP Master Data fields related to purchasing is correct and updated as needed.
- Works with suppliers and accounts payable to resolve invoice issues.
- Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems under the supervisor's direction, working in a structured environment using established procedures.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)- Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree with +1 years of experience; OR an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a High school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (part of GxP)
- Computer skills in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements): - Experience in a Food and Drug Administration regulated environment
- Prior purchasing/supply chain/planning or other materials management related experience
- System Application (SAP) and Products experience
Physical/Mental Requirements - Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel, or Environment Requirements - This role is standard day Monday through Friday office work shift.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,500.00 to $110,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
