Job Description Responsible for driving the analytic data needs of the business unit. This role handles complex data projects, ensures the accuracy of critical provider data, and acts as a lead and mentor for other Data Analysts. You will partner cross-functionally with Credentialing, Provider Data Management, and Network teams to support large-scale data initiatives. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead complex data projects, from project implementation to completion, while guiding junior analysts. Data Automation & Management: Oversee provider data accuracy, network adequacy mapping, and credentialing data processes. Data Processing & ETL: Perform advanced data manipulation, data mining, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations within a production cloud infrastructure. Quality Assurance: Diagnose system issues, execute robust data validation, and conduct quality assurance testing. Problem Solving: Identify procedural irregularities, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions under pressure. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. Experience: 4+ years of experience in statistical analysis, data analysis, or related IT data warehousing/ETL roles. Top Technical Skills: Expertise in Advanced SQL, SQL Server, and SQL Developer. proficiency in SSIS, SSRS, and general ETL processes. Hands-on experience with data validation and data analysis. Tools & Programming: Experience with enterprise scheduling tools (e.g., Active Batch, Control M) and familiarity with one or more programming languages (Python, C#, Java). Professional Skills: High degree of communication, accuracy, and extreme attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the Healthcare industry. Direct experience working with and managing provider data. Experience in project management or heavy involvement in project implementation.
