Digital Media Associate

Primary Purpose : The Digital Media Associate will help with the planning and implementation of digital marketing projects. Their main focus is to maintain website, multimedia, and social media efforts as assigned. They will show professional communication skills, with ability to work in a team environment and can perform under pressure maintaining a steady pace of work. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities along with a positive attitude and desire to perform at a high-level are required.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

● Maintain website and social media pages; ensure content is current and up-to-date.

● Manage internal and external communications, including print and electronic media.

● Maintain digital images and product information in a database format.

● Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information

● Create and maintain digital assets for use by Sales and Management.

● Help with marketing efforts leading up and during Furniture Market.

● Some overnight travel will be required during but not limited to Furniture Market.

Qualifications and/or experience required:

● Associate degree in Communication, Business or Marketing.

● Proficiency with HubSpot.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

● Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.

● Proficiency in HTML and/or CRM tools a plus.

● Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns a plus.

● General computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
