Receptionist/Admin Assistant
- Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment
- Manage and maintain conference room calendars
- Assist employees with the uniform program
- Assist with data entry of various reports
- Assist with the planning of employee events
- Support other team members and departments as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least six (6) months of administrative experience preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
