Contract Sales Coordinator (Auditor)
Location: Onsite 4 days/week (Monday-Friday), subject to change to 5 days/week
Shift: 1st shift | Flexible schedule, but availability required between 10:00 AM 5:00 PM
Dress Code: Business Casual
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Contract Sales Coordinator (Auditor) to support contract compliance and transaction auditing across state and co-op programs. This role ensures sales documentation adheres to program policies, facilitates timely processing of dealer credits and customer invoicing, and provides guidance to the dealer network. Ideal candidates are resourceful, professional, and capable of managing multiple systems while thinking critically and independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit state and co-op customer purchase orders for compliance with applicable contracts, programs, and policies
- Process sales transactions in internal systems to ensure accurate invoicing, dealer settlements, and credits
- Prepare and maintain audit documentation packets for internal records
- Serve as a point of contact for dealer channels and field teams, providing policy interpretation and resolving issues
- Support inbound call center operations by answering inquiries and following up on pending sales deals
- Navigate and utilize multiple systems efficiently and simultaneously
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced or compliance-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
- Background in accounting, finance, or auditing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret complex information
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and adapt to unique or non-standard situations
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn, be trained, and grow within the role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
