Electrical Engineer – MEP (Raleigh, NC)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design efforts for a variety of commercial, institutional, and industrial projects in Raleigh.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
• Prepare and review construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
• Perform load calculations, short circuit, and coordination studies
• Ensure compliance with NEC and applicable local codes
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff
• Support project management, client communication, and construction administration

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of electrical engineering experience in the MEP industry
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical analysis software
• Strong knowledge of NEC and industry standards
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
• PE license required (North Carolina preferred)
