Panel Builder/Framing Carpenter Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )
Key ResponsibilitiesConstruct and assemble wooden wall panels according to blueprints, schematics, or work ordersMeasure, cut, and fasten materials using hand tools and power tools (nail guns, circular saws, etc.)Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all buildsMaintain a clean and organized workspace within a climate-controlled production facilityFollow safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company standardsWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Panel Builder/Framing Carpenter Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential framing, panel building, or general construction preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, framing layouts, and production drawings (Required)
Proficiency with common hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, drills, measuring tools)
Strong understanding of basic carpentry techniques and construction processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based environment while maintaining quality standards
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions
Reliable transportation to work in Sanford, NC
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
