Tennis Center Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Tennis Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our tennis center members and guests, answering inquiries, handling requests, and ensuring a positive experience for all.**Responsibilities:**
1. Greeting and assisting tennis center members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding tennis center services, programs, and membership.
3. Processing reservations for tennis courts, lessons, and clinics.
4. Handling payments and ensuring accurate processing of transactions.
5. Assisting with equipment rentals and sales.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the tennis center facilities.
7. Providing information on tennis center events, promotions, and policies.
8. Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior customer service experience, preferably in a sports or recreation environment.
3. Knowledge of tennis or other racquet sports is a plus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Proficiency in basic computer skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
