Must Have:
8 12 years of IT experience in Data Warehousing and ETL.
Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, ADF, Synapse, PySpark/Python).
Strong understanding of design, source-to-target mapping (STTM), and ability to create specification documents.
Flexibility to operate from client office locations.
Capability to mentor and guide junior resources.


Nice to Have:
Relevant certifications (Azure/Databricks, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data science projects aligned with business goals.
Design and implement advanced machine learning and statistical models.
Provide strategic input to the Data Science & MLOps team.
Apply deep analytical thinking to solve complex data problems and deliver actionable insights.

Must-Have Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and ML model development.
4+ years of experience with Azure Databricks or AWS Databricks for full-cycle model development.
Expertise in at least two AI/ML domains: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP.
Strong experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps frameworks.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
Demonstrated mastery in statistical modeling and data-driven problem solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead technical aspects of the team and client discussions
Debug and enhance existing .NET codebase
Handle standard service requests and incident investigations
Perform root cause analysis for P1/P2 issues
Maintain and update application and user documentation
Provide business support and resolve end-user queries
Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI timelines
Update and enrich the Knowledge Error Database (KEDB)
Resolve functional/technical tickets using the knowledge base
Monitor application performance and health
Provide on-call support during weekends and participate in MIM calls for P1/P2 incidents (24x7 availability)
Support and maintain applications in production
