QA Engineer

Job Overview:
As a QA Engineer at Thesalonhype, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in our software and applications. You will also be responsible for designing and executing test cases, tracking defects, and providing feedback to the development team. This is a full-time position, and you will be working closely with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases to ensure the quality of our products and services
- Identify and report any bugs or issues in our software and applications
- Work closely with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Collaborate with the product team to understand product requirements and provide feedback on potential issues
- Document and track defects using bug tracking tools
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that issues are resolved and do not reappear
- Participate in code reviews to provide feedback on code quality and potential issues
- Continuously improve the QA process and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
