Looking for part time or full time!

1. **Food Preparation**: responsible for preparing ingredients for dishes, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring out ingredients.

2. **Cooking**: They execute recipes by cooking food items according to established standards. This includes grilling, frying, sautéing, baking, and plating dishes.

3. **Station Management**: Line cooks often work at specific stations (e.g., grill, sauté, fry) and are responsible for maintaining their area, ensuring it is clean and organized.

4. **Quality Control**: They must ensure that each dish meets the restaurant's quality standards in terms of taste, presentation, and portion size.

5. **Timing and Coordination**: Line cooks need to work efficiently under pressure, coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are completed in a timely manner.

6. **Inventory Management**: They may assist in monitoring ingredient levels and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.

7. **Adhering to Safety Standards**: Line cooks must follow food safety regulations and sanitation practices to ensure a safe cooking environment.
