Education Specialist
- Manage content timelines and deliverables for conferences, webinars, and educational events.
- Coordinate communications with authors, speakers, committee members, and volunteers.
- Administer abstract and content management platforms for event submissions.
- Maintain and update event trackers to ensure deadlines and benchmarks are met.
- Support the online learning platform by enrolling learners and generating reports.
- Oversee the Education email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Process online learning sales, billing, and invoicing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating events, speakers, or educational programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
