What You Bring

● A heart fully surrendered to Jesus Christ and in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).

● A consistent walk with the Lord and active membership at Green Street Baptist Church.

● Strong leadership, organizational, and people skills.

● Proficiency with technology and communication tools (Microsoft Office, projection software, social media, etc.).

● Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of ministry experience.

What You’ll Do

● Lead with purpose — Provide spiritual, administrative, and visionary leadership for all children’s ministry programs and volunteers.

● Equip and empower — Develop leaders and volunteers through training, mentoring, and encouragement.

● Partner with families — Support parents as the primary spiritual influencers through discipleship classes, resources, and events.

● Inspire growth — Build biblically grounded, age-appropriate discipleship experiences that nurture spiritual maturity.

● Champion creativity — Oversee vibrant ministries such as VBS, camps, and seasonal outreach that reach children and families in our community.

● Strengthen the foundation — Manage the ministry calendar, budget, and facilities with excellence and stewardship.

● Cultivate connection — Build bridges between the church, the High Point community, and the Green Street ministry of HPCA.
