We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be the face of our organization to the public and responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage records and information
• Manage work flow
• Assemble Tax Returns
• Handle Client Communications
• Maintain work facilities
• Provide administrative assistance to the professional team
• Assist with other internal and external communications
• Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, decorate office, etc.)

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields required
• Previous experience in a CPA firm a plus
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
