- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' health status and report any concerns.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Support medication management and adherence.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Follow care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Document observations and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Respect client confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations.
- Proven experience in home health, senior care, or related caregiving roles.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification.
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to assist with ADLs and provide emotional support.
- Familiarity with dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely when necessary.
- Reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
