Veterinarian - Small Animal | Charlotte, NC | 4-day week, no nights, no weekends, community medicine, great team.
The Clinic Medical Director provides both managerial leadership and hands-on clinical expertise to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure the highest standards for medical care, operational efficiency, and team performance. The Clinic Medical Director is responsible for the management and mentorship of the Associate Veterinarians.
The Clinic Medical Director effectively balances patient care with administrative responsibilities through strong time management, priority setting, and delegation. They demonstrate a keen ability to assess and act on competing demands, streamline workflows, and maintain efficiency without compromising quality. A results-oriented professional, this leader models exemplary medical standards, fosters collaboration across teams, and ensures smooth, timely execution of both clinical and managerial tasks.

About You:
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US.
- North Carolina Veterinary Board State License (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
