Admissions Manager

- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner.
- Work directly with other department supervisors in completing responsibilities for admissions of new residents. Coordinate the pre-admission procedures, hand-outs, and required paperwork.
- Provide education to residents or their relatives regarding the services available at the facility and the resources that are provided to residents based on individual resident's needs.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
