What You'll Do:

• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including client onboarding and compliance activities.
• Review contracts, generate and process sales orders, and assist with order-related inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Audit sales databases and collaborate with data governance teams to uphold data quality standards.
• Prepare, collect, and manage required sales documentation to support efficient operations.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience working in a high-growth technology company.

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1+ year of experience using CRM databases (Salesforce).
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Quality, or area.
• A good dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills, including coordination in a cross-functional environment.
• Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
• Expertise in data management, including the ability to perform mass updates and clean the current CRM database while understanding dependencies and downstream impacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while working independently.
• Proven ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced organization and to create scalable visions and structures.
• Motivated self-starter who is proactive and action-oriented, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Extensive experience in prioritizing deliverables and tasks.
• Taking data and exporting it back into CRM- Sales Force.
• Having experience with Enrichment tools.
