What You’ll Handle

• Machine setup and production on CNC mills/lathes to deliver quality components.
• Blueprint interpretation to ensure every dimension and tolerance is met.
• Real-time monitoring and adjustments to keep parts within spec.
• Routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Final inspections to validate compliance with requirements.
• Cross-team collaboration to improve processes and efficiency.
• Housekeeping and safety practices that protect people and equipment.

What It Takes

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining education/certification preferred.
• Proven background as a CNC machinist.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Strong command of CNC programming principles and machine operation.
• Experience with machining tools, workholding, and metrology.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with hands-on initiative.
• Comfort working solo and within a team at production pace.
• Clear communicator who prioritizes safety.
