Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Assistant Event Coordinator to join our on-site Charlotte team. This role supports the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, teamwork, and hands-on involvement in every stage of event coordination.
Applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC , as this is a fully on-site position .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination, scheduling, and setup of company and client events.

• Support communication between vendors, venues, and internal teams.

• Help manage event logistics, including materials, equipment, and timelines.

• Prepare event-related documents such as itineraries, budgets, and reports.

• Track post-event feedback and assist in compiling summaries for management.

• Maintain organized event records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

• Must live locally and be available to work on-site in Charlotte, NC .
