Job Title: Leasing Professional
Location: Salisbury, NC 28150

Schedule: Full time 5 days a week. 2 days off. Schedule TBD – waiting on schedule from our client.

Pay: $18-$20 depending on experience

Start Date: ASAP. You will be scheduled for a Zoom interview then pushed through to an in person interview. Be prepared to start work after the two interviews are completed.

Job Type: Temp to Hire or Direct Hire – waiting on confirmation from our client which option they prefer.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet prospective residents and provide engaging tours of our luxury apartments and community amenities
• Build strong relationships with prospects and residents while delivering exceptional customer service
• Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including applications, lease agreements, and move-ins
• Support marketing and resident events to create a fun, welcoming community atmosphere
• Contribute to the success of the property by meeting leasing goals and working collaboratively with the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior apartment leasing experience
• Strong communication, people, and organizational skills
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn property management software quickly
• Passionate about providing a top-tier resident experienc e
