In-Home Caregiver

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

For many seniors, being able to remain at home means everything. At Touching Hearts at Home, our caregivers help make that possible by providing dependable support, companionship, and compassionate care.

We are currently looking for caregivers and CNAs who take pride in helping others and understand how much the small things can matter to a client and their family.

We serve seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties, helping clients maintain their comfort, safety, and independence at home.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support clients with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals for clients
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with activities of daily living

Requirements

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds
