As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Driver in Clinton, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.

As a Patrol Armed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols at a government location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. This position requires both armed and driving responsibilities. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while upholding our company's values of teamwork, agility, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and assisting with emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents, documenting all events clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a visible presence at the location to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
• Follow all applicable regulations and protocols for carrying and handling assigned security equipment and/or firearms.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
