Your Role: Plumber
Fountain Services, LLC is an established industry leader in the electrical trade, with offices in Spindale, Charlotte, Hickory, and Asheville, in North Carolina, and in Greenville, South Carolina. We serve both service and commercial construction customers and projects spread across the western, piedmont, and Metrolina regions of North Carolina, and the upstate of South Carolina. About the Role
We are growing our General Construction and Service Division to better serve our community, support our electrical installation projects, and expand our service offerings. We are seeking a motivated plumber who wants steady work, hands-on experience, and long-term growth with our company.
This position is primarily residential , with occasional commercial and industrial projects.

What you can expect (Primary Job Duties)
- Water heater replacements (tank and tankless experience preferred)
- Water line repairs and replacements
- General residential plumbing service and installation
- Assist with light commercial and industrial plumbing work as needed
- Work alongside electrical and construction teams on integrated projects
- Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers
- On-the-job training program provided
- Gain hands-on experience working with experienced, licensed plumber
Minimum Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands on plumbing experience required
- Plumbing license preferred but NOT required, must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently on common service calls
- Experience with water heaters and water line repairs strongly preferred
- General residential plumbing service and troubleshooting
- Some electrical experience is a plus , such as:
- Surge protectors
- Willingness to learn commercial and industrial plumbing systems
Additional Requirements and/or Expectations
- Applicants must possess a High School diploma or GED.
- Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Applicants must pass a mandatory drug screen and background check.
- Applicants must have permanent residence within a 40-mile radius of our Spindale office.
- Ability to lift, bend, work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor
