What You Will Do:

• Procure to pay process: From vendor onboarding to PO internal approvals and issuance to AP processing to disbursing. Vendor and internal foreman onboarding, upkeep and communication.


• Assist in answering phones, customer service, entering new jobs.


• General Ledger & Cash reconciliations: Month end work


• Reporting: AR/AP, job cost, sales, etc.

What You Need:

• Required experience: Quickbooks, Word, Excel (Intermediate user).


• Preferred experience: Hubspot, Bill.com , Dash, Asana


• Must be comfortable with technology and willing to learn.


• Working knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries (Debits/Credits).

• Self-motivated, Detail oriented, Optimistic, Communicative.


• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Unafraid to make mistakes, acknowledge, improve, and learn from them.


• Takes ownership of your work, and looks beyond what is directly in front you.
