Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our client's team in Fuquay-Varina. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate various types of machinery according to specifications.
- Monitor machinery during operation to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to standards.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
